Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable individual.

If PH565 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, the relevant account will be closed immediately, the data will be deleted, and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
